Planning to purchase a Samsung S9 or S9+? Here’s good news.
Samsung announced on Sunday that preorders of the two devices start on March 2. The two smartphones would be available worldwide beginning March 16.
In the U.S., Samsung said AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Verizon Wireless and Xfinity mobile will carry Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+.
The two devices can also be bought at Best Buy stores and BestBuy.com, Amazon, Costco, Sam’s Club, Target, and Walmart.

In its announcement, Samsung described the S9 and S9+ as smartphones that “reimagine the way we communicate, share and experience the world.”
“Made for the ways we increasingly communicate and express ourselves with images, videos and emojis, the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ drive innovation with Samsung’s most advanced camera ever. “
Here’s a rundown of how much each U.S. carrier would be selling the S9 and S9+.
AT&T – Galaxy S9: $26.34 monthly for 30 months on AT&T Next Installment Plan; $790.20 full retail price. Galaxy S9+: $30.50 monthly for 30 months on AT&T Next Installment Plan; $915 full retail price
T-Mobile – Galaxy S9: $0 down + $30 monthly for 24 months on T-Mobile’s Equipment Installment Plan; $720 full retail price. Galaxy S9+: $120 down + $30 monthly for 24 months on T-Mobile’s Equipment Installment Plan; $840 full retail price. Anyone who pre-orders the phones would be eligible for half of the S9 and $360 off the S9+ via bill credits and trade-in.
Verizon – Galaxy S9: $33.33 monthly for 24 months; $799.99 full retail price. Galaxy S9+: $38.74 monthly for 24 months; $929.99 full retail price. Verizon offers a discount if a buyer trades in a phone of any brand in good working condition.
Sprint and U.S. Cellular – To be announced.
Unlocked Galaxy S9 – $30 monthly for 24 months with financing; $719.99 full retail price. Galaxy S9+: $35 monthly for 24 months with financing; $839.99 full retail price
